Easier for skilled youths to get jobs: Bung Moktar

Youths armed with skill knowledge would be able to get jobs easier, said Kinabatangan Member of Parliament Datuk Bung Moktar Radin. “Those who choose to learn usful skills would also contribute to the development of the country in the future,” he said during the launching of Entrepreneur Seminar and Sabah Zone II Giatmara Trainees Graduation Ceremony at Hotel Sanbay ballroom here yesterday. Bung Moktar, who is also the Sandakan Entrepreneur Development Council Chairman, advised the youths not to be satisfied after obtaining a certificate. They have to increase their knowledge and strive to achieve continuous success. “If we take advantage of the wide knowledge that we have gained, it will definitely help to develop our career,” he said. He also urged them to run their own business, adding they can apply for financial assistance from Government agencies if they do not have enough capital.
